I was commissioned to paint a scene that made my heart sing. A Hawaiian vista. Two charming twin brothers operating a successful pool business serving the part of population owning pools in and on the Hollywood Hills, Bel Air, Pacific Palisades and similar fantastic communities.
Why go for less for ourselves? The brothers had been raised on the islands of Hawaii and I heard many stories about snorkeling and swimming with the fish while I was painting for them. They could hardly curb their excitement.
During our initial talk, they showed me a photograph which I used as reference for their wall.
